I'm reasonably happy with the price/performance tradeoff of the UNI-T 71
series, your requirement excludes the A and B model. WHich of the C, D or E
you would want depends on any of the other features you do or do not need.
Depending on where you look there are quite a few off-brand models that seem
to be either cloes or re-labels of these.
Just don't read too much into that last digit. If you want to just sort
resistors and that last digit is making your decision, then I'd suggest to
have a measurement jig you can clip the resistor into rather than trying to
use the probes that come with the meter. If you need to match resistors, you
can't beat a bridge.
