[sdiy] AD822 datasheet?

Years ago a lab at work had boxes of parts set out in the hall for
disposal.  One of the parts are AD822 in their original case marked
"matched PNP pair".  It's a

Anybody have the datasheet for this part?  I've never seen the AD822
in a synth schematic and the AD821 is more common in expo converters.
The net turns up nothing.  They're in a TO-71 package with gold plated
leads.
