[sdiy] eurorack power cables

Just browsing ebay I see that you can get 50cm 10p-10p cables for about
$5usd.
So one option might be to get those, cut them in half, and attach the 16pin
connector, which are around 20cents each.
Kind of pointless if you are in US and/or can get low shipping rate on that
synthrotek option.
