[sdiy] Need service manual for CASIO PX-410R (PX-575R)

Hi all,

 

I mostly have luck finding service manuals for all the keyboards I service

but this one is hard to find.. CASIO PX-410R (PX-575R)

Only User Manuals available..

Anybody have a clue where to find one ??

 

The problem I need to fix is.. NO SOUND at all.

No sound on the internal speakers

No sound at the headphone jacks

No signal at both Volume pot L+R pins
If I feed a small signal at the MIC input I can hear it (with some reverb in
it.. ??) 
In the internal speakers on both L+R sides.

If I touch the Volume pot output pins with 

A small screwdriver I can hear noise coming out of each of

the internal power amp speakers.

So the stereo audio chain is working OK.

 

It seems to be a digital sound board problem.
I checked some of the flat cables wires and I could see

Power voltages (+15v, +5v, +3.3v) .. but that's it.

 

I need the service manual to go further..
