[sdiy] MIDI and ESD protection

Hi!

If you select types with higher breakthrough voltage than your control voltage you can use them. Some of them are unipolar, some bipolar.

interesting, never saw these before. is ESD protection something we
commonly add to inputs/outputs?

i notice a few of the parts seem to be back-to-back diodes, so
presumably you couldn't add them to pitch CV outputs and the like?
