[sdiy] Suggestions for oscillator coarse control methods?

hiya list,

i'm actually still around.

i usually do a coarse linear pot (10 oct), a fine linear pot, and a 10 
turn super fine. That's on my modulars. i like to be able to create long 
sweeps manually.

when i modifry beat up old synths i'll often just add a super fine.


i used to be able to get the 10 turn pots (not trimmers) fairly cheaply 
at a surplus store. unfortunately they are gone now.
