[sdiy] Panning (again)

That's the source I was looking for, thank you Tom.
I'm curious why David's input resistors are 7.07k in this ? According to
RG's panner.pdf, shouldn't the ratio of the input vs pot resistance be
the other way around (10k resistor and 14.1k input resistors)?
