   True – in your example, the result of course agrees with the  “Classical (Passive) Sensitivity” (CS)

being a moderating magnitude of ½ (as compared to 1: break-even).  This is well understood for a performance parameter that depends on the SQRT of a passive component – largely due to negative feedbacks, as in the SV.
