[sdiy] New VCO... maybe...

That's low power part, like in 1uA range for, wearable electronics, or 
energy harvesting applications. Obviously it's very slow because of 
that, not suitable for VCO.
Besides it's not my intention to use such exotic parts that fade away so 
quickly.
