[sdiy] Need help reading a schematic

Hi !
I have a dynachord pdd14, but its power transformer is no more
working. I can't find out its properties, neither the whole gear
schematics.
I have only the one attached here.
Could somebody help me finding which kind of power transformer i
should use ? I think somethink like 220 to 18 &12V should be ok, but
not sure..
