Wildly is a bit of an overstatement , look up the temperature curve in any 1N4148 datasheet, (https://www.vishay.com/docs/81857/1n4148.pdf <https://www.vishay.com/docs/81857/1n4148.pdf>) you have 200mV over a 90°C range, and less than 5mV if you stick to a normal temperature range. 

So unless you start freezing or boiling your diodes :)

Current has a far larger incidence than temperature.
