[sdiy] Thonk is Withholding My Refund Because They Feel Upset About a Word I Used

I'm pretty good at deleting threads I'm not interested, but this is beyond
the pale.  I'll give it a couple more msgs, but will have to unsub if the
admin allows this to continue.
