Also consider noise coupling through common impedance in the 0V rail
(which is not actually zero volts).  Yeah, that innocuous wire that
connects to the non-inverting input to all those op-amps.... and is
bouncing around all over the place thanks to (predominantly digital)
modules dumping hundreds of milliAmps of current down it...
