[sdiy] Fat Controller slider pots

Does anyone have specs - or even better a parts number - for slider pots replacement for the Frostwave Fat Controller sequencer?
I was so sure I had archived a previous posting on that, but am unable to find it, and archive search comes up with nothing.
One of my sliders seems to be dead.
