Flip the sign on the backwards slope.

/\/\ -> ////

Then your frequency is an octave up, so
you then add a squarewave:

//// + _-_- -> / /
               / /

That "sign-flip and add" squarewave is typically also coming straight 
from the core as that is what is integrated.
