[sdiy] PCB manufacturing recommendation

As the name says it is a trigger delay with a adjustable trigger length 
and delay time. Not a trigger to gate module. You can reach the 8 
seconds length with a 4u7 capacitor and 1M (log) pot. You can try a 
bigger cap for more length. Not tested though.
