It's not a bug, it's a feature, as far as I'm concerned. Makes for great percussive rhythms esp. at low decay times and fast tempos.
It's been ages since I have written in a scripting language , last one was Tcl/Tk, but you had me pulling out my javascript text books from the storage closet. I want to study your implementation of the of the great Don Lancaster's design. And add another switch to shorten the sequence, as Bernie Hutchins mentioned, for more musically useful use.
I have been following Don's work since Byte and his hardware hacker column in Radio Electronics growing up.
Thanks for honouring his contribution (I am studying his Kansas City tape design at the mom et) to the music hardware repertoire and injecting some badly needed excitement around here.
