Thanks for the tips and experience guys! I've soldered a lot of TL074's 
on the bare kitchen table with no hygrometer in sight and wearing a 
sweater depending on the month. Never knew "latent and incremental ESD 
damage" was a thing.  Will keep an eye on some of those modules!
