Thanks, Ben. The document is attached. I use Primo PDF to make PDFs from Word documents, and it is a bit of a memory hog.

There was a limit of 200 KB on attachments, so yours did not came through. I’ve upped the limit to 1 MB now, so if you resend it, it should appear on the list.
