At work where we take apart radios that use fairly soft plated brass
nuts for securing the rotary encoder for the volume control and the
antenna, we use tools that the radio manufacturer (Entel) provided.
They're made out of biggish nut spinners which have been drilled out
internally and turned down a little externally, with the pins milled
into the end.
