Nice!
Do you have the split / flat head screwdriver that has a gap for the 1/8” jack? I don’t know the name for it, but there’s apparently an industry name for a flat head screwdriver that has been cut away to span across a jack like that.
The Befacto web site sells such a tool for their Bananuts. I’m still wondering what it’s called by other companies. https://shop.befaco.org/bananuts/1044-bananuts-wrench-tool.html
I’ve been designing with the Kobiconn 161-3508-E 6.3mm Phone Jacks, and they include a Knurled Nut in Nickel Plated Brass, M6xP0.5, ø8mm, 1.5mm thick, that would take a flat head no thicker than 0.80mm with the middle 3.6mm vacated.

However, I’ve now learned that I need to make these active, so I have to designate which jacks are inputs versus outputs. I’ve already ordered the face plate for this one, but I’m still thinking of how I might have changed the labeling to reflect active versus passive.
