[sdiy] More new Alfa chips - CEM3394

Hi all,

anyone an idea if there is a AS3394E presoldered at a breakout PCB to
get this thing into my 2,54mm world?
Or is there a plan by Alfa Rpar to make a DIP version of AS3394E?
