[sdiy] More new Alfa chips - CEM3394

I knew the 3394 remake  was coming from Alfa - now shipping apparently.
(It is actually somewhat improved / changed - AS3394E has 24 pins 
compared with the old 20pin CEM3394)

Interestingly, it seems they've also added details for the CEM3363 three 
Channel VCA --- guess that means it'll be available soon.
I don't recall hearing of this in original CEMs. Could be interesting / 
useful -- though maybe need to check on panning law.

Anyways - they're doing good things!
