[sdiy] BBD clock bleed

It seems to follow the datasheet application circuit, except for all 
that pesky filtering. Myself, I'd go for the differential method shown 
in the venerable SA1024 datasheet. And filtering. And the balance pot(s) 
mentioned earlier.
