[sdiy] Tantalum manufacturing / assembly failures OT?

I only have terrible experiences with tantalo capacitors.
I have equipment that I have designed for industrial areas and for control
and automation, and that works continuously for 20 to 30 years, where
basically the problems were caused by tantalum capacitors.
