[sdiy] Aluminum Engraving with Laser system

Yes, I'm doing it all the time, although not this particalar machine, but also 2.5W LED laser.  Works great on black anodized aluminium. It doesn't scratch the anodizing layer, so results are just as durable as non-marked anodized aluminium, only burns out the tint so it gets almost white markings. Let's call it light gray.  Works also on other dark colors, but the best results are on black obviously.  I did it also few times for other people as small runs service, and they were delighted with results more than I was.  I'll post some picture of one example job on facebook in a few days when I sort out the job itself.
