[sdiy] Flux residue removal

I was able to get 99% isopropanol online.  Google is your friend, I see it at Walmart
and several other places.  I suspect that a reason it is either not stocked or bought
up in stores is that it can be use to process cannabis into a more concentrated form. 
I was also informed that IPA is not a proper abbreviation for it and that IPA really
stands for India Pale Ale...  :)
