EuroCard uses 2.5mm

EuroRack uses 3mm so you should be doing 3.2mm holes if going for round holes.
We have slotted holes that allows us to fit a plastic bush that allows M2.5 to be fitted to our modules or accept our thumbscrews as a captive part.
Although the slotted is intended to accept bushes, when not fitted it can be used to allow sideways adjustment of the panel position.
  
Slots are 3.0mm high, 5.8mm wide and have a 3.3mm centre-point hole
