Andrej,

Could you please enumerate the problems it has actually caused?

And by "problems" I don't mean self-inflicted problems like "I can't
read it in mailx"

I like plaintext email as much as the next greybeard[1] harrumphing
snuffily into their beer and wishing for a return of the good old days,
but I can't see a case for reverting that particular change

[1] I may only be in my 30s but I already have white hairs in my beard
