I have the same feeling. This list was the best thing ever, and still is. Except few fb groups I don't think I'm subbed to anything else. Not enough time to browse it all! I waste too much time on fb already. The stackexchange looks to me like one step in direction where everything goes now. So anybody can type "I have no idea how to make something, do it for me please" and the solution is served immediately. Everything clearly explained step by step. And when I watch what's happening in CAD/CAE world it's exactly how our (or maybe yours, youngsters) future will look like. You will not need any knowledge about high speed routing for example, you're not even alowed to do it. It all has to be done by specialized software. Machine does all the work, and uses 40-layer PCB for something that skilled designer can route in 2 layers. But nobody cares, as any of those inner layers will never be seen by human, and ready to use PCB pops out of the machine in 12 hours. Nobody will even know what's in there, because "works for me" wins all the time. Kinda like personal computing software evolved over last 30 years. I drifted quite far with this rant, I'm sorry if it bothered anyone. focused and relevant group! I don't like "social media" formats
with all of their nagging distractions. Long live the SynthDIY list! On 5/11/18 12:15 PM, Jason Proctor

my opinion. >On 5/11/2018 9:19 AM, Bruno Afonso wrote: >> Just saw this on MI's forum and thought maybe
