Okay, sure...  My current pet peeve is horribly incorrect SPICE models.

Here's the Fairchild data sheet for the hugely popular 2N3904 transistor:

The SPICE model is included at the bottom of page 2.  The value for Ise, the B-E leakage saturation current, is off by 13 orders of magnitude.  (!!!)

Also, one should be highly skeptical of SPICE models with parameters with 4 or more digits of precision.
