Jan Ostman is something of an enigma - interesting ideas, but there are
unfortunate / downright bad repeating issues of people not receiving
what they paid for and not getting any replies to email requests.
Anyone tempted by his offerings should definitely read up on various
forums / kickstarter projects / etc. to be clear what they're getting into.
