[sdiy] Potentiometer torque

the one batch of pots i got from Futurlec were very stiff, and sticky...
seemed to work ok, maybe they had a wax treatment like this?  but for me it
was a bug not a feature, and i haven't reordered from them so i don't know
if they're consistently like that
