Hi Terry, I found a very nice Fluke that had all the functions and 
accuracy I need at a reasonable price on ebay. I contacted the seller 
ahead of time to make sure he was the original owner (and not some dude 
flipping it) and he said it never left his bench. Previously I was using 
a UNI-T and that served me well, so that would be my #2 but for not much 
more money the second-hand Fluke was a nice upgrade.
