+1 for Diptrace. Does the job, reasonably priced, not a lot of stupid quirks.

Designing your own libraries for every single part you use is an admission of failure in my view. Any decent package should have the common stuff in a reliable form or you can forget it. Ok, not everything is going to have CA3089 or SSM2047, and that’s ok, but I expect to find CD4013 (for example) without issues. Your priorities may differ!
