[sdiy] 2164 stability values

Hello List,

This is mostly a query for Neil Johnson:

If I change the 30k resistors around 2164 to 100k, what should the 500R-560p
stability network be changed to?

According to my calculations (which are probably wrong), the 3dB point with
the 30k resistor is around 4kHz.  If I put in a 100k resistor, it goes down
to around 1.2kHz.  Obviously I'm doing this wrong.
