[sdiy] Looking for synth repair parts

I've got an ESQ-1 on the bench that seems to have a bad keyboard controller
chip.

R1120-12 138065002B

If anyone has one or knows of a source.... so far I've found 1 place in
Poland that wants $100USD for it :-)  Syntaur and Vintage Synth Parts are
out of stock.

Alternatively anyone with a broken/for parts ESQ-1, SQ-1, SDP-1 I maybe
interested in that as well.
