[sdiy] Comparing two compiled hex files

Anyone mention Code Optimization settings? I didn't see it mentioned. 
There can be many settings here (size, speed and many more).

I would build a binary image with all the memory initially 0xFF and then 
compare them.  I use either an EPROM programmer program or one I made 
for myself. Don't trust a checksum though, use a better algorithm.
