[sdiy] Korg Delta problem

If it's string section going completely silent, check if the TOG is
still running after it happens. It may be a simple fault, probably
mentioned here connections and sockets corroded (I also recommend
reseating everything), or broken mylar cap, yeah!
So easy to make the TOG oscillator stop. Check with oscilloscope all TOG
pins and start searching from there if it runs at the quiet state, but I
have a feeling TOG is not running after those 2 hours.

As a side note, my last replaced capacitor was mylar in the filter.
Could not go higher than few kHz. One of its leads fell off during
desoldering and I gess it was not a coincidence. Filter worked like new
even with X7R cap place there only to check.

And I'm gonna have to tell all my 40-years old capacitors in working
equipment that they need to go now, 35 years of pretending they're good
is enough.
