spamgourmet.com is a very good service for this sort of thing.
When asked by World Company inc. your email address, give them
eg "worldcomp.myaccount.spamgourmet.com". The first few emails
received at that address will be forwarded to you, the following
will go to /dev/null.

I ended up writing a little Perl program to generate random
identities (forename, surname, sex, date of birth, etc) just for
the purpose of filling in web forms...
