I was not happy when I found out that SMT 2N390X transistors had a
different pinout, and therefore required a different symbol in the
schematic, than their through hole equivalents :-D

It's so easy to look at the footprint and say oh, that's obvious, the base
is on the side by itself! Instead of reading the data sheet...
