In that particular case, you are most certainly trying to solve the wrong 
problem (increasing the resolution of the phase accumulator beyond reasonable) 
using the wrong tool (Excel, which uses double floating point numbers, so 
53bits of mantissa)  …unless you've somehow figured out how to run your NCO at 
several dozen GHz.
