[sdiy] Eagle for PCB Layout

KiCad because it's Open Source, doesn't place restrictions on the user (i.e.
board size/number of pins/budget) and is well supported (via forum). The
nightly build version because this will soon be replacing the current
release.

It's no more weird than any other CAD package.
