I should have twigged to this, having made fun of the ISO 9001
accredited screen printing company who returned about half of some
Frostwave panels Paul Perry sent them, unprinted, because they were the
wrong panel.  The panels' errancy, it seems, was limited to being
upside-down in the bundle.
