It's reasonable.  Not great THD, SNR and Dynamic Range by today's standards 
though.  And there is literally a shit ton of processing applied to audio 
before it's broadcast on modern FM transmitters, in order to get it to sound 
decent and minimise noise/interference to neighbouring channels, etc.

Don't think that you are going to get near to broadcast quality audio with 
an "audio-sender" FM-transmitter in a chip!
