Excuse my ignorance here, but I'm looking at Polyimide Film, 1/4" from 
Mouser. My choice is either acrylic adhesive or silicon.  Hmmm, ... no 
idea.  Thoughts?

I have some board level repair work that requires 30 AWG wire jumpers on 
it and I wanted to secure that to the board in one spot. I was going to 
use hot glue, but I thought this would be cuter. I don't know the 
difference between the adhesives though and the data sheets assume I 
have adhesive knowledge in my brain:
