[sdiy] Digi-Key

I rarely buy from D-K, maybe 2 times a year, but it's free shipping
every time, and no extra brokerage fee or whatever. And I can choose if
I'm charged in EUR or PLN, which is nice sometimes.
But D-K has this silly export laws paperwork, which I guess is
obligatory to all US vendors, but only D-K takes it seriously.
So at checkout I get asked 3 questions about using ordered components in
a missile to destroy America and their meaning basicaly is: "are you an
idiot?", "are you sure you are not an idiot?", and "we think you're an
idiot, but better to ask you again, so are you...?".
Roman
PS, since I wrote "a missile to destroy America" in one email twice,
this will surely be analyzed by a few US agencies, so to those people
reading it: peek-a-boo! :)
