[sdiy] SSI2164 datasheet updated

The "new and improved" expo converter circuit looks quite a bit like what
we've been doing at Intellijel for several years.  The main difference is
that the amp feeding compensation current back to the CV loop is also
compensating for tracking errors in the VCO core, and is therefore variable.
In any case, I am going to be spending a fair bit of time with this new
datasheet, so thanks for posting.
