For module connectors (assuming you're talking euro module) I'd go with
the THONKICONN (which is about 9mm from memory) from Thonk.co.uk 

Pots, I like the Alpha RK09 series as they feel good to turn. 

Knobs, you need to find one that is the same shape (D type or splined)
but not too difficult.
