to mike, the prob with metalphoto was just tolerance. the sheared edges has been as much as 1/16" off, and I've had to send back batches for poor alignment of graphics a handful of times.
thanks for the suggestion, but anything by hand is out of the question :) hehe
I already use PCBCart for production and get along with them great, so I'll give them a go for panels too. I'll make sure to let ol' Luffy know I'm going for artistic value here too.
vicinius, may I ask where you get your boards done? They really do look fantastic!
